1. Who we are

SamGit Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is an independent product company based in Bangalore, India (“SamGit”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to this website and to our products, including GapFix, except where a product states otherwise.

2. What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide our products: account details you give us, content you submit (such as a résumé in GapFix), and basic usage and device data that helps us keep the products working. We collect as little as we reasonably can, and only for a clear purpose.

3. How we use it

We use your information to deliver and improve our products, to provide support, to process payments where applicable, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Content you submit

Content such as a résumé is processed to produce the result you asked for — such as a personalised learning plan. It is not used to build advertising profiles. You can delete this content, and we honour deletion requests promptly.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and payment processing, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Security and retention

We protect your data with encryption and access controls, and retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. See our Security & Trust page for more.

7. Your rights
