The terms under which you may use the SamGit website and products.

1. Acceptance
By using the SamGit website or any SamGit product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. The products
SamGit provides GapFix, and may launch new products and features over time. Features may change as we improve them. Some products may require a paid plan, which will be described clearly within the product before any charge.
3. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the products, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
4. Payments
Where a product offers a paid plan, it is billed as described at purchase. Subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores’ terms, and can be managed there.
5. Intellectual property
SamGit and its products, branding, and content are owned by SamGit Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the products for you.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SamGit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products.
